How long does the free trial last?

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to get started. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan or export your data.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the remaining balance is applied as credit toward future invoices.

What data sources do you support?

Catalyst connects to 50+ data sources out of the box, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, S3, Kafka, and most popular REST APIs. Custom connectors are available on the Enterprise plan.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Enterprise customers also get dedicated infrastructure with VPC peering and custom encryption keys.

Do you offer onboarding support?
